The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day with a 3 day minimum, but the unheated pool is included in your stay.

The space
The back yard also features a mini golf course, cornhole boards, fire pit with rocking Adirondack chairs, and a full outdoor cooking area with a grill, outdoor fridge, bar top with seating, and a covered outdoor TV, in addition to an outdoor eating area. The fenced-in front yard also features soccer goals perfect for the kids to burn off some energy!

The interior of this 2,400 square-foot home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. Three bedrooms contain queen size beds while a fourth contains a queen size bed and a futon couch for additional sleeping space, and the final bedroom contains a double bed and a single trundle bed that can be pulled out from the double bed. The kitchen is complete with a stove/oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher, and the island features a breakfast bar while a full dining table adjoins the kitchen. The living room features a comfy sectional sofa perfect for curling up with the family to enjoy a movie night, and each of the 5 bedrooms also has its own TV. The washer and dryer are located in one of the guest bathrooms, and features a handy built-in bench table perfect for folding clothes. The home also features a garage-turned-game room, complete with sectional sofa and a pool table.

This home is located in Santee, San Diego, only blocks from the beautiful Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve, and is close to plenty of places to grab a bite to eat! Located close to both the 52 and 125 freeways, it’s easy to get to any of the major San Diego attractions, and there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails nearby at Mission Trails, as well as the golf course at Carlton Oaks. While this home is further inland, it’s still an easy jaunt to any of San Diego’s beautiful beaches!
