Every spot in this spacious backyard provides breathtaking views of the gorgeous mountains and stunning sunsets that surround the property, while the pool and the spa overlook the lower backyard oasis. The pool can be heated for an additional $175/day with a 3 day minimum, but the unheated pool is included in your stay.
The interior of this single-level 5,000 square-foot home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people, making it the perfect retreat for a family getaway! The master bedroom features a king size bed, as well as a queen size Murphy bed and an air mattress for additional sleeping accommodations, in addition to a lovely stone fireplace, and the en-suite master bathroom features a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower and separate lounge tub in front of a window that overlooks the yard and views, as well as a wall-mounted TV for additional luxury. Three of the guest bedrooms feature a king size bed and a single bed, with additional floor mattresses available, a fourth guest bedroom contains a queen size bed, while the last guest bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and an additional double bed, as well as an air hockey table, making it the perfect bedroom for the kids! In addition, each guest bedroom has its own TV. The home also features two living rooms, both with fireplaces, while the gourmet kitchen includes a stainless-steel fridge, oven and separate range top, microwave, dishwasher, and trash compactor, while a coffee machine, toaster, and other kitchen appliances are stored in the walk-in pantry. A full dining table also sits off the kitchen, while a breakfast bar on the kitchen island provides a great place for a quick bite. This house has a washer and dryer in their own laundry room, and the private gated driveway provides ample parking for the entire party, and the house is equipped with an electric vehicle charger on the property.
This property is located just off the 67 freeway, providing easy access to East County San Diego, so while it is a little far from some of the main San Diego attractions, the proximity to the freeway makes for easy connections to different parts of San Diego, and the stunning views of this private estate more than make up for it!

If you have more people at the house then stated in your reservation or you try and have a party we will be forced to ask you to leave without refund. We can not receive any noise complaints from our neighbors or we will be kicked off the platform.
Additional notesPlease notify us in advance if you intend to bring pets with you and specify the number of pets. Please be aware that there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee is necessary to cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
Guest interactionThere is another building on the property that we occasionally use Monday-Friday from 7:30-5:00 which is 100 yards away from the house. This will not impact your stay especially because of the distance between the house and the warehouse and because you will be spending the majority of your time in the back of the house. Please see photos that show the distance between the two.
Quiet time after 10:00PM. Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 10:00. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We want to make sure you know that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbing the neighbors, or exceeding the maximum number of guests. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated and guests will be made to leave if there are any violations of these terms. Your security deposited will NOT be refunded if you violate these terms.
We are available at all times during your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything you may need!
