The space
The home has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 queen sleeper sofas, and 1 futon. Lots of space throughout. This home has a great deck and a patio for outdoor eating. The house features a swimming pool, in-ground Jacuzzi, horse-shoe pit, kid play structure and a fire pit. Great find! The house is 2 story with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The large bedroom downstairs can also be used as common living area with door to the backyard pool, etc.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. There is off-street parking in the alley for 2 cars.
Additional notes
Depending on the outdoor temperature guests seem to enjoy the pool without it being heated. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a $75 a day fee to heat the pool (with a three-day minimum). Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool to be heated.

$100 pet fee will be added if you bring your furry friends.
