The space
Location provides 2 acres of a serene and private park-like setting with fantastic views. Newly remodeled 3,300+ sq ft home and 1,000 sq ft guest house with a combined eight bedrooms & four bathrooms, travertine stone and hardwood floors. Large kitchen and generous master suite with balcony to maximize the stunning view. Solar heated infinity swimming pool with waterslide, basketball court, kid's play structure, putting green and fire pit on the premises. Wall mounted flat screen TV's in every bedroom and a large flat screen TV in both the family room and living room, plus a new state-of-the-art entertainment center. *The pool is solar heated and usually very warm, but if you want the water warmer there is a $125 a day charge to heat the pool.
Additional notes
$100 pet fee will be added if you bring your furry friends.
Guest interaction
The owner lives in the area but will not be present at the home during the guest's stay. The owner is accessible 7 days a week.
