Home with New Salt Water Pool - Close to Downtown!
BonitaBeautiful newly renovated home 10 minutes from downtown. Lots of amenities - Pool table, fire pit, washer/dryer, etc. Spacious one-story home with a large yard. Brand new pool, with waterfall and slide and Jacuzzi. Depending on the outdoor temperature guests seem to enjoy the pool without it being heated. There is a $75 a day fee to heat the pool (with a three-day minimum). The pool can be heated upon request.

Quiet time after 10:00PM. Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 10:00. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We have a zero tolerance policy with noise. If you do not think you can comply with this rule you should not book this house.
