The space
Location provides 2 acres of a serene and private park-like setting with fantastic views. Newly remodeled 3300+ sq ft home with six bedrooms & three bathrooms, travertine stone and hardwood floors. Large kitchen and generous master suite with balcony to maximize the stunning view. Multiple levels inside and outside the house make it a great space to utilize for many different activities at once! Swimming, playing, lounging, sitting around a fire pit, playing pool, foosball, playing pool, bbq'ing, enjoying the view...can all be done simultaneously! This is a really FUN property to enjoy the amazing San Diego weather and attractions!! And a 25-45 min drive to the great beaches, attractions and amusement parks of San Diego! *The pool is solar heated and usually very warm, but if you want the water warmer there is a $125 a day charge to heat the pool.
